There’s nothing more American than the hamburger! The hamburger represents the culmination of our society’s evolution and it’s no wonder it has become one of the most popular foods in the world.

Today on the show we bring you to 2 special places here in Detroit. First we visit Motz’s Burgers – the iconic west-side restaurant that is one of the oldest continuously operating slider joints in the country. Here we’ll try some of the amazing griddle-fried sliders with carmelized onions. True “Detroit style”.

Next we try out a brand new restaurant here in Detroit: Brome Modern Eatery. Brome is the name of a natural grass that the cows are fed and this place is all about top quality and super healthy burgers! Here we try their “Deluxe” burger as well as the “Impossible” burger which we’ve been hearing about and been meaning to try.

We highly recommend both of these restaurants and if you’re looking for something classic or modern you’re sure to find it between these two places!
