You can get great barbecue around the country in places like Austin or Memphis, but Detroit cetainly holds its own.
Detroit Digest host Carlos Parisi takes a little barbecue tour and hits two very worthy joints in Detroit, sampling the ribs, chicken, greens and mac and cheese.
