Cooking a really big omelette is not only really difficult but needs the right cookware. As you can see in the video, a very large paella pan is particularly useful as it’s meant for cooking huge dishes. If you want to experiment with omelettes but don’t have 100 people to feed, then consider one of the many varieties of omelettes from around the world.
